What We Do
All children, particularly orphans, need a safe place to grow. Caring for orphans and nurturing them with the basics like food and clean clothes, and access to education, increases the likelihood of them becoming positive members of their communities. Changing their narrative from being vulnerable to resilient.
Most of the time, children are left in orphanages because their widowed mother cannot afford to take care of them and their fathers are gone through disease or conflict. These widows put their trust in the orphanage to feed, clothe and educate their children and provide them with a stronger start in life.
Our Story
Bhagwatrao Ramchandra Badame is founder of this organization. His father died when he was 2 months old, So he was raised by his mother. He can feel the pain of orphan children because he himself was in that situation. He decided to work for orphan children and leave his government job for that reason. The organization soon got 1acre land from Anjalitai Bhumkar, who herself is a social activist working in Chimbali.
Then we built a temporary shelter for girls in Chimbali. All girls came here by cwc order, girls either have no parents or single parent belong to critically poor families. Organization provide them education as this is the primary goal of us to empower orphans via education and help them in building their future.

- Fostering enabling environments for girls’ growth.
- Empower girls with relevant knowledge and skills
- Support girls in their transitions into adulthood and the labour market, and to fully participate in society.
- The intention of the One-Stop Scheme (OSC) is to support women affected by the violence that they may face within the family or at the workplace or within the community, in private or public places.
- A support mechanism and redressal for women are some of the facilities of this scheme for women who face sexual/physical/psychological/emotional/economic abuse, irrespective of their caste, creed, race, class, education status, age, culture, or marital status.
- Specialized services would be provided to the aggrieved women facing any kind of violence due to attempted acid attacks, witch-hunting, domestic violence, trafficking, sexual assault or sexual harassment and have reached out or been referred to the OSC.
