Swadhar Mahila Kendra

The organization has seen the problems of deserted women in the society.Hence this programmes has been undertaken.This program is sanctioned,licensed and granted by Government.The organization provides shelter to such women for three years.This project has been started in 2009 and the organization is providing shelter to 50 deserted women.This project is also run at Chimbali, Pune(Maharashtra). The women between age group of 16-55 years are admitted in Swadhar Mahila Kendra.

It is so pity that women are so ruthlessly treated in our society lack of respect and conferring them.The organization through its process of counselling and rehabilitation by trained professionals, provides them training in chalks making, candle making, agarbatti making etc. The organization also provides Beauty Parlour training with stipend. These training provides confidence to these women to once again stand up on their own feet and live happily.

During 2014-15, 49 women get shelter in their critical conditions with protection and all other facilities. Total 40 women got rehabilitated through skill training like Beauty Parlour, Sewing Machine, Chalk, Candles and Agarbatti manufacturing etc. The organization also try to arrange the marriage for the unmarried girls with capable grooms.
